What Women Want

What do women want?
Being a female myself, I qualify to talk about what women really want, and the answers are really quite simple.
1. Women want to be loved.
As little girls, we grow up reading fairy tales and romances. We watch TV shows where the guy strives to win the girl. We equate those experiences with real life, and we expect to be swept off our feet by a handsome hero who will love, cherish, and adore us.

2. Women want understanding and tenderness.
When we've had a bad day, we need a smile, some attention, and a hug. We want someone to caress our cheek tenderly, to gaze into our eyes, to hold our hand, and to show affection in many ways. We want to feel that someone cares and is there for us, there in our corner whenever the chips are down.

3. Women want companionship.
We value conversations and time spent together, whether it's watching a television show or movie, eating out, sitting on porch swings, or strolling together in the park. Closeness is important. The more we can converse in an amicable way, the stronger the relationship bonds.

4. Women want protection.
We want a man to be strong and to be a leader in his household. If danger or crises occur, there's a need to feel that the hero in our lives can take care of any situation.

There you have it! I think above all else, this is what most women want. Above money and jewels and prestige, these 4 make life richer. Money, jewels, and prestige can all fade, rust, and dwindle, but love, understanding, tenderness, companionship, and a need to be protected are everlasting values to be treasured.

What would you say most women want?
